Hello, My name is renu pareek On the 8th date my balance cut and my ticket also did not. No massege etc. Came from your side how long my balance will come. Due to balance na ha i am not able to get my train ticket again. How long will my amout come in my account please solve my problem immediately, so that i can get my ticket booked. Verified Support May 08, 2020 Ixigo Customer Care's response Hi Renu, We can see that a refund for INR INR 6925.40 was processed on 8th Feb itself as the booking was failed. Ixigo prompted to upi app for approval, i switched to upi app and approved the transaction for the payment, then i opened the ixigo app, but it appeared as if i am entered this app newly. No train tickets are booked, no confirmation of payment, nothing has been done. My amount deducted of Rs 673. 19/- on 7 Feb 2020. Please refund the money ASAP.
