[Resolved] Ixigo — didn't get refund of ixigo money

I booked a flight ticket but money got deducted but ticket was not booked. It's been 10 days and i didn't get the ixigo money refund. Now ticket price is increased by 300 and i had book at a higher price. I have put a like 10 mails and calls to ixigo but no reply. So i request u to refund the ixigo money of 620 and increase in ticket price of 300 to my bank account as the mistake is on ur side.
