[Resolved] Ixigo — didn't get refund still now | |||
On 10.6.19, i booked two tickets from chennai to erode in trivandrum express(12695). Because of personal cause I cancelled it with in an hour. Nearly 1week passed But still I didn't get my refund and also didn't get the refund date even As per the rule the refund should be provided within 5 working days Still I ddnt get I need my refund as soon as possible Otherwise I have to make a complaint in consumer court about this issue Was this information helpful? | |||

Refund is not applicable for cancellation of tatkal quota ticket if the PNR is confirmed at the time of cancellation.
