[Resolved]  Ixigo — double deduction amount for flight ticket

I booked two tickets of flight on ixigo website from pune to chennai and a single return ticket of 2233 rupees from chennai to pune.
The ixigo app and website is not showing that ticket in my trips page. Even the pnr which i get it says in valid.
More over the amount of rupees 2233 is deducted twice from my bank account at the same time.
As the booking is not shown in my trips page, i cant quote that transaction for complaint. Even when i complained it, i didn't get any type of response. I am totally clueless. I am planning to go for consumer forum and cyber crime cell of maharashtra police.
Please help me.
