[Resolved] Ixigo — failed bookings on my iphone app and resulting delays in refund by ixigo | |
In the recent past i have done several bookings through ixigo app on my registered mobile number[protected] and all of them shot back with failed booking messages. Ixigo took inordinately long to refund the money. I did the bookings successfully on my laptop. The latest in the list is the pending refund for again a failed booking to kakinada vide id:ixitr[protected] for rs. 480.49 0n[protected] and the refund "initiated" is yet to come. Please be informed booking against the id IXITR[protected] is failed and refund shall reflect into your bank account within 4-5 working days as per bank refund policies. You would get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your payment statement. Rest assured! Your money is safe and will surely be refunded to your bank.
