[Resolved] Ixigo — Fees related | |
I was booking my tickets for train 02367 BGP-ANVT for 8th March. The amount was deducted from Phone pe account but the app stopped working and it was regularly showing try again try again. I couldn't even put my password. When i tried looking for ticket there is no pnr status for that. I want refund for that. It is not even available in my transactions history. I m attaching transaction id. Please try to solve this matter as soon as possible.
