Dear team, I have booked flight ticket from ixigo ranchi to mumbai flight name : go air g8 5168 departure : sun 13 sep 2020 14:00 arrival : sun 13 sep 2020 16:00 pnr no :p4lz2f but flight got cancelled so i didn't received my refund yet as it is more than 15 days so please do the needfull and give my refund as soon as possible: Ticket booking id : amin +1 photos Was this information helpful? Verified Support Sep 29, 2020 Ixigo Customer Care's response Hey, We have raised a full refund request and the amount as applicable from the airline shall be refunded within the next 7 days. Incase of full refund insurance fee for INR 4632 would be non refundable. Thanks Team ixigo Verified Support Sep 30, 2020 Ixigo Customer Care's response Hey Zeeshan, Refund for INR 26115 was successful on 29th September and shall relect in the payment source by 6th October.
