[Resolved]  Ixigo — flight refund due to flight cancellation by airline itself

I have booked a flight for 30 march 2020 from new delhi to sydney. Now the airline has cancelled the flight due to covid-19 outbreak. I am trying to contact ixigo for refund but they are not responding at all. Please help me...
