Ixigo — forgery in refunds | |||||
I had booked a vistara flight through ixigo for 18th june[protected], amount paid rs 3849/-) which i cancelled on exactly one month earlier that is on 18th may, 2018. Even though the flight was marked as 'fully refundable', i have been informed to have been deducted the full base fare (Rs 2450) and will be refunded just rs 1400/-. I have 2 complains regarding the issue: (1) vistara website states that there is no cancellation penalty if cancelled before 72 hours, and i have made the cancellation a whole month before. Then why have i been deducted this much amount? (2) it's been nearly 20 days from cancellation, and i've checked with vistara and sastitrip both, that they have initiated the payment then only, then why is ixigo taking so much time?
