[Resolved] Ixigo — full refund initiated by airline but till now not credited

Before 2-3 days i booked a flight to imfal to delhi. But my surname is wrong so i talk to indigo customer care so they are telling that you have booked a another flight within one hour and provide us pnr. Then you get full refund of flight ticket.
Yesterday i talk to ixigo customer care so they said first you cancelled your ticket by your ixigo application and give reason that flight cancelled by airline. And you get full refund in two parts first 4568/- then 1500/- but after waiting two and three days till now i don’t get any refund.
