I booked 1ticket from kanpur to deoria sadar for 9th april, 2019 in gwalior barauni express (Gwl bju mail) and train number 11124.. I booked on 19th feb 2019 at 9:52am but it been take more than a hours that there has been no status generate and payment made successfully.. When I am trying to cancel it's saying IRCTC site but when I am trying to cancle from there than another error msg is showing
