[Resolved] Ixigo — I didn't get trip id and ticket anything

Sir 2 hours before i made payment to ixigo as ixigo requested the fair for the train ticket then i paid the fare via phone pay app

Then after paying the fare i forgot to return back on the ixigo app to fill the password and captcha for getting ticket and by mistake my phone get switch off after just paying the fare
Now sir my account is deducted but i didn’t get any trip id or ticket
Neither i receive any mail or msg by ixigo regarding that ticket
I hv only request msg made by ixigo for paying the fare for ticket and i have the receipt which i paid to ixigo
Now sir i want to cancel that ticket as it was already is in wait list n i want refund sir
Pls help me

We couldn't find your details. Could you please share the failed ixigo Booking/Trip ID starting from "IXITR" so that we can get it checked.
You can find it in the email or SMS that you would have received from us. You can also find it in the "Transactions" section of the ixigo app. You can mail us the details at [protected]@ixigo.com.
