[Resolved] Ixigo — I'm completing about my money refund | |||||
Hi team, I have booked 6 train tickets from bengaluru to subramanya road in karwar express (16523) on (20.07.2018) but the booking didn't take place and the amount of 1500/- got deducted from my account twice. Lateri have been received notification saying the booking failed and amount willbe refunded within 5 day. The current status says that the payment is initiated but i haven't received any amount to my account. Requesting you to look into it and do the needful. Attached screenshot for reference. I had tried booking ticket twice from DLI to SVDK on dated 25th July (journey date 26th Jul) but ticket was not booked and got msg regarding payment failure however amount got deducted from my bank account.
It’s been 5 days I haven’t received money back in my bank account yet.
Please check and resolve it asap.
