[Resolved] Ixigo — it's been more than a month refund not got yet

Booked a flight on 26th of august from pune to delhi and amount has been debited from the account but the flight booking got canceled, its been a month now still not got the refund. The email id is [protected]@gmail.com
Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible. I'm attaching the screenshot of the booking details.

The refund has already been initiated again on October 13 and will reflect in your bank account in 7 working days. You should get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your bank account.

Please note : Saturday, Sunday and Festivals are not counted as working days.
