[Resolved]  Ixigo — Ixigo - refund of cancelled ticket(IF[protected]

Dear ixigo,

I have booked one flight ticket and that has been cancelled by the airline(AirAsia).
Once I received the flight cancellation mail and call then I have cancelled my ticket through your ixigo portal.

Till date I have not received my refund or cancellation confirmation.

I have tried to contact Ixigo service desk through their portal and received fake call and i didn't see any other option to contact the help desk.

Please find below details and resolve this matter asap.
