Made booking payment through upi, but ixigo did not complete the payment in app. Bank statement shows the amount to be debited. There is no failed booking info in the app to raise a refund complaint. -your services are good when it comes to booking tickets etc., but it's really frustrating that there is no actual person we can talk to when there is such a situation. My money has been deducted for the Train Tickets. But In app there is no transaction history, Tickets or any PNR no. Ixigo doesn't have any good customer service . I am trying to get connected with them . I want my money back as soon as possible.
