We would like to clarify that the ARN numbers provided are sufficient proof of the refund processed from our end. We process the refund to your bank and they are responsible to credit your account. It is now entirely up to your bank to locate the refund and credit your account with the reference numbers provided by us. Please contact the customer support of the bank concern through the number mentioned at the flip side of the card and share the ARN with them.
