[Resolved] Ixigo — money debited but tickets not booked | |||
I was trying to book 2 tickets from chandigarh to subzi mandi on 2.11.2019 on train number 12058 una delhi shtbdi, i tried the transaction twice and on both the occasions money was debited from account but ticket was not booked and even money hasn’t been received in the account as refund. I tried to book a train ticket from Guntur to Lingampally. I have selected the payment mode as UPI and paid through G Pay. Amount for this ticekt was 1056.38 for which the transaction id was[protected]. This transaction was successfull but I have not been issued a ticket. Moreover this transaction was not reflecting in IXIGO account

I have not received the refund even after 7 days. I had train booking and it could not be confirmed the details are as below given .
