[Resolved]  Ixigo — money deducted but no response

I booked flight ticket from Nagpur to bangalore using ixigo website. Money got deducted but after that no response. I tried to contact ixigo team but no reponse. infact no customer care number or contact number. I submitted support form and sent emails multiple times but no response.

Money has been reverted to bank account after 6 days. [For others] if you don't get any ticket related sms or email please don't wait to book another ticket.

Updated by Sasikumar7688 Issue resolved. Thanks.
Kindly add customer care number if possible and send any updates in SMS or email for failed transactions. Unnecessarily customer is waiting in confusion. Due to this failed transaction and without any updates I waited for 4 days to re-book ticket. During this waiting period same flight ticket cost has been doubled. I hope you will understand the state of your genuine customers.
