[Resolved] Ixigo — money deducted but train tickets not booked

This is to notify you that i tried booking two tickets from bhubaneshwar to howrah and the moment i made the payment the page went off leaving me with no options of putting the password. Although the tickets weren't booked, my money amounting to rs.308 got deducted. This is not a process to run an application when you don't have proper procedure.
Kindly let me know how soon will it be refunded and if you want to run your app successfully, provide a customer care number and solve the problems to avoid such hassles.

I have booked flight ticket from Mumbai to Raipur today i.e.15/01/2018 by ixigo apps. As soon as the payment made by me and money deducted from my accounts the site got off and i didnt got ticket.So Plz help me about this. my contact no.[protected]
