[Resolved] Ixigo — money deducted from account from upi and not received and booking | |
I was booking ticket from ixigo for railways from bandra terminus to bhuj for november 17 /2019 and when the page of payment arrived i clicked on upi payment option i payed 1250.89 rs my upi transaction id is :[protected] as per my money was deducted frol my account and i when i got back to ixigo app the booking was gone and i didn’t even recieved and refund money message as well please look into this and pay my money back as fast as possible My upi id is : [protected]@okhdfcbank Was this information helpful? | |

Transaction ID / Trip ID - 927L8PGUFZKK8ZUN5D Refund amount - INR 1250.89 We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we wish to inform you that your booking could not be confirmed, as the transaction failed. The refund has already been initiated on October 12 and will reflect in your bank account in 7 working days. You should get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your bank account.
