[Resolved] Ixigo — money deducted from my bank account but i didn't get a ticket (as the booking is not shown in my trips page) | |||
Dear sir Yesterday, i have booked a ticket from chennai to muscat in ixigo app via cleartrip portal (Journey date 07.15 am on 03.12.2017.) But as i made transaction money deducted from my bank account but i didn't get a ticket (As the booking is not shown in my trips page). I have been trying to contact ixigo for past 15 hours. Ixigo is not getting back and not even replying to my email. I have sent an emai with all the details to [protected]@ixigo.com [protected]@ixigo.com [protected]@cleartrip.com [protected]@ixigo.com. The customer care number given is useless. First name : sivachandran Last name : athilingam E-mail id : [protected]@gmail.com Please update the status of my tickets and whether my ticket has booked or not.
