[Resolved] Ixigo — money deducted from my bank account but trainreservation not done and till not money is not refunded | |||
I was booking ticket for train no 12438, NZM to Nagpur on date 26/08/2019, during booking Ticke money i.e. Rs 2414.29 was deducted from my bank account but ticket was not made. i am continously talking to customer care of SBI, IRCTC and ixigo but nobody is helping me. All of them are trqnfering this problem to eachother. please help me till now my money has not been refunded. transc id - IXITR[protected]. kindly refund my money soon...
