[Resolved]  Ixigo — money deducted from upi but ticket not confirmed

Today i was booking a train ticket from raipur to korba. I opted the upi option in the payment section. Payment was successful but any result was not displaying in the app. I want the refund. The upi transaction id is[protected]. I tried to call the helpline number but it was not valid please take care of your services in this competitive world or you have to face a hard time in future

Sir, I had cancelled my train ticket PNR.no.[protected] on 28.9.18.I had been informed Rs.395/- would be refunded within 5-7 days, vide ARN 30001082738177109356633. But till date the amount was not credited in my bank account...Plz. kindly refund the amountRs.395/- atonce.

I was booked tickets in ixigo
1) one ticket booked but not conform apount detected
2) ticket cancellation I was tried but it was not cancellation. It was showing trip not found
Please cancel these pnr no check and confirm
