[Resolved] Ixigo — money deducted, train ticket not booked, refund not initiated. | |
Hello. I tried to book my train ticket through the ixigo app. The app prompted me that i can pay using the upi id. But after the transaction and after the money has been deducted, the app did not recognize that payment has been done. It remained in the previous page. There is also no transaction history in the app or any failed payment history to help me apply for a refund. I have attached a picture of the transaction. Kindly do the needful and refund the sum as soon as possible. Thanks.
