[Resolved] Ixigo — money got deducted for booking train but didnt received ticket | |
On october 16, 2019 a sum of rs.4202.85 was remitted by me through bhim upi for booking train ticket in ixigo app. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 4202.85 asap.
