[Resolved]  Ixigo — money got deducted for booking train but didnt received ticket

On october 16, 2019 a sum of rs.4202.85 was remitted by me through bhim upi for booking train ticket in ixigo app. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 4202.85 asap. The details are

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we wish to inform you that your booking could not be confirmed, as the transaction failed. The refund has already been initiated on October 16 and should reflect in your account by now.

Note: If you have not received the amount yet, please share the bank statement in PDF format from the date of deduction to till date so we can get this checked at [protected]@ixigo.com.
