[Resolved]  Ixigo — money got deducted from bank but didnt get the ticket or any confirmation

I have booked a ticket from dubai to mumbai return on 09/05/2018 amount of
19153 the
My money got deducted for my account but i didn’t get my ticket or any confirmation email
I have send u guys almost 6 email regarding this
Plz respond to my email asp
I want the refund as soon as possible
Do u have direct customer care number
