[Resolved] Ixigo — money got deducted twice while booking train tickets | |
Hello, i was booking train tickets on train. When it asked for payment i used my phonepe. After that money got deducted but the ticket reservation wasn't successful so tried again but same thing. My money got deducted, twice and train ticket also didn't book. And now those transactions are also not showing up on the ixigo app. How can i get my refund. I have attached my transaction screenshots also. Please help
