[Resolved] Ixigo — money is deducted,no booking,refund required | |||||
This is to inform that transaction on 20th january 2019, 12:21 am. An amount of 3709.96 rs is deducted from my account.in ixigo transaction history there is no such transaction is shown and no booking is done and no feedback message received, only received the feedback message from my bank that shows money is deducted from my account. I have cancelled my ticket on 30 Dec 2018 but refund process couldn't done yet today on 28 Jan 2019 . Please refund my amount as soon as possible.
