[Resolved] Ixigo — money is not refunded yet | |||||
Actually i booked a train ticket from Shmata Vd Katra to Old Delhi in Jammu Mail on (06.06.2019) but the booking didn't take place successfully only the amount from my account was taken and it showed that the session got expired and i had received a mail about the refund of money and then I again book another ticket but cancelled it due to some other issues, which is also considered refundable.. When will i get my refund money credited and to check that if it was credited.. I want help regarding this refund Was this information helpful? | |||||

Last 1 hours before I had paid the amount of 984 rup for railway ticket but after payment deducted no any msg or mail received. Let me confirm that why after payment deducted ticket not confirmed. If not satisfying answer from your end will go to another way.
Customer care no always busy this is really horrible.
