[Resolved] Ixigo — money not refunded | |
I had booked railway ticket from sguj to rjpb (Siliguri to patna) on 3rd december but i cancelled it. However my transaction was complete and rs1892.49 was deducted from my account. The booking was failed but i was assured that my money would be refunded back to my account wiyhin 7 days. However the status is still processing and its the 8th day! I booked my tickets from ixigo. Twice i tried doing it, both times my money was cut but no sins of booking. i have no ticket but my money has been taken
