[Resolved]  Ixigo — money not refunded yet

Today 12|01|2020 i was booking a tatkal ticket using ixigo app i was on the payment tab and was using paytm upi to pay the amount my money ie.₹1530.4 got deducted but my ticket wasn't booked and my booking tab and details were deleted and i was transferred to the home page with no details left. Please ixigo help me with the above matter my upi reference id is[protected]

I had tried to book a forget from Calcutta to Kochi for 20/ Jan /2020. I had used the ixigo portal to book the tickets and used the UPI payment option. I received the collect request and I made the payment, however I did not receive any confirmation of the ticket and the transaction didnt seem to got through despite payment being made.

I had booked a ticket for 17 Jan 2020.but due to some reasons I want to reschedule to 20 Jan 2020. Customer care executive asked me to pay the extra amount for rescheduling.I had paid the amount but I did not got ticket so far.I asked them to cancel the rescheduling and refund my money. But there is no response from there side.
