[Resolved]  Ixigo — money was debited from account but no booking /transaction on app

I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose ola wallet for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like "parameter missing.." but i received the message, its showing payment of rs. 598.31 using olamoney postpaid for your transaction eirc-cd85-0knz on ixigo is successful. Debited amount - 598.31, date and time :29 nov 2019, 4:47 pm. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and nothing at all on ixigo. So please refund the full amount of rs 598.31 asap. Transaction i'd:eirc-cd85-0knz
