[Resolved] Ixigo — money was debited from account but no booking /transaction on app | |
I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose ola wallet for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like "parameter missing.." but i received the message, its showing payment of rs. 598.31 using olamoney postpaid for your transaction eirc-cd85-0knz on ixigo is successful. Debited amount - 598.31, date and time :29 nov 2019, 4:47 pm. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and nothing at all on ixigo.
