[Resolved] Ixigo — my money got deducted but I have not got the e-ticket or my money refunded. | |||
Yesterday i had booked a ticket from agartala to kolkata through ixigo app and my money had also been deducted. But still i have not got the e-ticket or got my money back. I have contacted customer care number but it says the line is busy. I have sent some screenshots regarding my messages and confirmation of my deduction of my money from my bank account. Please help.
