[Resolved]  Ixigo — need to stop converted emi for failed transaction

Hello,

I tried to book a flight ticket for 23rd of september 2018 from nagpur to kolkata and while filling the card details, i converted the booking amount into three months emi provided option. The transaction was unsuccessful from your end and even the ticket was not booked. The status showed failed.

However, i can see the same emi has been reflected in my bank details. I cannot understand why there is a need to pay emi for no ticket booked. Please help me in this regard.

We regret that your ticket via Sastiticket could not be issued even when amount was charged. This happens in a very rare scenario when airline servers don't respond properly and hence, PNR is not generated. However, your full amount has been already refunded by Sastiticket to your bank on 23rd Sep, 18 and complete transaction details have been shared with you over e-mail. Please check your inbox for the same. We'd request you to please contact your bank's customer care once for settlement of amount.
