[Resolved] Ixigo — no refund received even after 10 days | |||
I had booked a to and fro trip ticket from Trivandrum to Mumbai on 3rd of feb 2020 for the dates 7th and 13th feb respectively . The payment failed but the balance was deducted from my account. When I enquired, they said the payment is received but booking failed and asked me to wait 7 days for automatic refund . It's been 10 days, till date I received no refund. I enquired about 5 times, all they gave was some vague reply. My booking ID is IF[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Till now I didnt receive money in my account ! I will have to go with further legal proceedings for this fraudulence !! Its been 13 days and what kind of irresponsible company is it!
