[Resolved] Ixigo — non refund of amount | |||||
Hi, My ixigo trip id is prl04ttxhyk Pnr - cbg3ym I have cancelled the tickets almost 20 days back and the refund has not been credited yet. I spoke to indigo and to my surprise indigo has already credited the amount to ixigo within a week time, since indigo has reversed the amount back to ixigo, i dnt understand why ixigo is taking such long to process the refund. Its the worst company i have ever dealt with... Perhaps the last time. Please explain. Early action on the same is solicited. Was this information helpful? | |||||
