[Resolved] Ixigo — not providing correct status of train | |||
Trim no 12562 scheduled to arrive jaynagar on 11-12-18 was late by 5 hours.. This train arrived jaynagar around 1:00 am on 12-12 but all the apps including ixigo was shown my that train has arrived at 12:30 am. My parents were coming by that train and i was tensed that what happened to them that they are not yet arrived home.. I had noticed a lot of times this problem in this region.. Shameless.. I BOOK a train ticket but the Money Deducted from bank but the booking history not show and booking not made 15 dec shriganganar to Jaipur
I am booking rail ticket 1 st Decmber 2018 booking not cunfirm but balance is dedected Pls tell me does not refund .
