[Resolved] Ixigo — paid but didn't get the ticket and also not refunded | |||
I paid for my railway ticket through google pay, but i didn't get the ticket due to the connection error. But the money was debited from the bank account. And after i got that i have to wait for one week to get my money back. And i waited for one week for the refund. But still i didn't get my money back. The money was deducted from my account but due to network problem my train ticket booking got failed. The transaction was done via Bhim and payment was successful. I still haven't got my money back. There is even no record of my transaction in the app.
