[Resolved] Ixigo — payment debited from account but ticket not generated | |
Dear Team, I made the payment for a ticket from Hyderabad to Mumbai in the name of Tarun Karanam. The time of booking was 11:20am 19th June 2019. My HDFC account XXXX1323 was debited for the booking amount of Rs 2487 (attached). However was not redirected to the page where the ticket is generated and neither have I received a confirmation email/ticket. Kindly confirm in this case is a refund made and by when. I was booking two tickets on 18.06.19 then the payment done all sudden all stops and after opening the app there is no transaction id and i havent got any mail regarding tickets
