[Resolved] Ixigo — payment deducted , but no ticket generated | |||
I booked ticket from hyderabad to tirupati for travel date 27/11/18 and return on 28/11/18. However, my payment has been deducted for inr 8, 887 but ticket is not generated. It was booked through ixigo and through cleartrip. Once the payment is deducted, it took me to cleartrip homepage but no ticket still Ensure my money is returned on priority. Tried calling cleartrip and their automated voice call doesnt allow me to speak to their customer care without tripid. Trip id is not generated Was this information helpful? | |||

We regret to inform you that the booking against cleartrip reflects as failed and hence, ticket could not be issued. Hi was booking a ticket from jodhpur to pune. You'll deducted INR 5000 for the same. However after the payment I was directed to clear trip home page. However I didnt get the tickets yet.
Request you to refund the money. Or if you can confirm the booking and send me a confirmation number would be great.
