Hello,

I have booked flights tickets (Details as below) from app of ixigo. The amount has been deducted from my bank but no tickets confirmation has been received.

Flight details:

Mumbai - bali (29th june 2018)
Jet airways 9w12 mumbai to singapore
Jetstar asia 3k245 singapore to bali

Bali - mumbai (5th july 2018)
Jetstar asia 3k242 bali to singapore
Jet airways 9w11 singapore to mumbai

I have booked a ticked my money is deducted but my ticket was cancelled due to some reason. I got a msg that my rs will be refunded but till now I got no money.. Please help. Ticket was booked on 5 th may from badnera to pune. Today is 13th may, till now my money is not refunded
