Hi ixigo, Heard a lot about your prestigious reputation in booking market but it was all a false pretense. I booked a ticket yesterday from agra to bangalore for 27th april 2020. I made the payment via upi gateway using googlepay but didn't receive any ticket. There is no way to contact your complaint redress cell via phone and you don't reply to any emails either.
