[Resolved] Ixigo — payment gone through but ticket not booked | |||
Hi, This is regarding the issue where i tried to book a flight ticket from ahmedabad to chennai for 27th february (Departure from ahmedabad on 27th and arrival in chennai early hours of 28th), the payment has gone through but i haven't received my ticket. I contacted customer care and they asked me to write to "[protected]@ixigo.com" and apply for a refund. It's been 3 days and there has been no response. I've attached a screenshot i made successfully through google pay upi as proof of purchase. I request you to kindly process the refund and let me know how long it will take.
