[Resolved]  Ixigo — payment gone through but ticket not booked

Hi,

This is regarding the issue where i tried to book a flight ticket from ahmedabad to chennai for 27th february (Departure from ahmedabad on 27th and arrival in chennai early hours of 28th), the payment has gone through but i haven't received my ticket.

I contacted customer care and they asked me to write to "[protected]@ixigo.com" and apply for a refund. It's been 3 days and there has been no response.

I've attached a screenshot i made successfully through google pay upi as proof of purchase.

I request you to kindly process the refund and let me know how long it will take.

The refund has already been initiated and will reflect in your bank account in 7 days. You should get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your bank account.

Hi,

It's been 10 days and I haven't received a refund yet. It is really disappointing that I've to follow up so much to get this done. Pls make sure this is done at the earliest.
