[Resolved]  Ixigo — payment is paid but tickets is cancelled how?

I'm booked train no.12627 sbc to klbg 20/2/19
Order i'd ixitr[protected] and my payment is cut rs.368. My ticket is not generated. Lastly i aided my password and mobile no. Also but it's saying wrong. Totally # my payment. How can i book my ticket and how can i managed my loss money and time. How can you solutions this matter i don't know but i wanna book my ticket s or refund within a time. Otherwise we can take a actions..
