[Resolved] Ixigo — payment made but flight details not received | |
I have booked a flight ticket from Bangalore to Pune for 23rd May 2018. I have not received any confirmation. But I have received message from SBI net banking about successful payment to RazorPay (ecommerce)and money is deducted from my a/c. I had 750/ ixigo money in my wallet.Please refund my money back. 'Money deducted from our accont and ticket not received ' if such issue occurs how can we book tickets through you.Actually we are travelling frequently. how can we have faith in you ? Reply soon. I had booked a ticket through ixigo for which I was charged but the booking remain unsuccessful.
Said that payment will be refunded in 5 days but it's still under pending.
Please look into the matter and improve your service.
