[Resolved] Ixigo — payment not received | |
I have booked 2 tickets from moradabad to haldwani in ndls kgm sht (12040) on 18th april 2018 for the journey date of 22nd april 2018. The money has been debited from my account though the tickets were not booked. Therefore i initiate a refund as mentioned that the refund will be made in 5 working days but still not received it. Id-ixitr[protected]. As mentioned in your reply that our complaint is short and chances are their that it can't be resolved so for that reason i am increasing my word limit. This was the first time i booked a ticket using this app because of which i am suffering so much so please see to it and try to resolve my problem instead of focusing on the number of words of complaint.
