[Resolved]  Ixigo — payment successful. but did not get ticket or refund in ixigo.com

I had tried to book two flight ticket on 1st may 2018 in spicejet (Sg626) from kolkata to chennai (10th july 2018) through ixigo.com... When i tried to book... Payment get successful.. But ticket didn't booked... Money withdrawn from bank... But after payment get successful.. They (Ixigo.com) show session is out and no booking in my ixigo.com account. But booking is not done. I called to spicejet customer care and they told me to contact the ixigo.com becus they dont find any booking. So please immediately give my cash back

I made a train ticket book on ramnad to chennai ixigo app on April 11th, because I could not afford it. "That's the ticket for 1717, and then I've avoided it.And I have told you that for five days, I'll get back my bank account. .

I have booked train from Delhi to Chandigarh on 29/04/2018, two times the amount has been detected from the account and I was trying to call customer but I can't and there is a notification that the amount has been refunded but there is no message or mail anything

I am Mr.S.Kandaswamy, on 26th of april i was trying to book my train ticket from mumbai to tirunelveli through ixigo app.The transaction was rocessed but the ticket has been not booked.And till now i have not got any refund or normy ticket has been booked.
