[Resolved] Ixigo — payment successful, didn't receive e-ticket | |
I tried to book a ticket in ixigo for a flight from hyderabad to kannur (11/02/2020). I made the payment in googlepay and it is successful. When i called the customer service, they told me to make a new booking and is not concerned about my money loss. I still didn't get my e-ticket and the flight is tomorrow morning. Please help if you are concerned...
