[Resolved] Ixigo — payment successfully but booking pending | |||
While booking the ticket to palakkad to chennai in ixigo app, the amount has been taken successfully by the ixigo. And i forget the password finally. I trying new password by forget password option.ixigo send the new password aftr 5 min when the transaction session expire out.now the booking status is pending.my money is lost.i dont seen any relogin and complete booking using same order id /payment id ..pls help me.how to complete booking again? otherwise refund me immediately.
